Get a sneak peek into life at ADESA!The ADESA Dealer Coordinator II partners with clients, building and maintaining relationships with them to help grow their business and ours. You'll work with independent new and used car dealers, dealer groups, commercial accounts and others. You'll assist outside sales reps and the general sales manager in servicing dealer relationships, developing new business and retaining existing business. You'll also educate clients on new and existing ADESA services that meet the client's individual business needs. We provide the training, technology and tools; you use your personality and perseverance to meet sales volume goals and succeed.Role and Team*
  • Responsible for impacting and achieving overall sales goals. * Contact dealers on a daily basis via telephone and internet to solicit and develop new buyer and seller business. * Maintain current customers and act as liaison for outside sales representatives, consignment dealers and auction personnel. * Assist in the resolution of If Bids in a timely and effective manner. * Build strong ADESA.com customer relationships through training, education and awareness to match the customer's needs to the product offerings. Navigate and educate customers on all aspects of ADESA.com and smart phone applications. * Properly use and navigate ADESA's CRM to log calls, run reports, and view dashboards. * Monitor all local competition and recommend competitive strategies to supervisor. * Communicate with all departments to ensure proper marketing of sale inventory and maximize vehicle exposure for sale. * Perform sale day duties such as customer service, block representation and post-sale reporting.Responsibilities*
