Purpose of the position
Develop service dealer and partner network in support of Hiab customers. Provide guidance, training, and support to dealers on the organization's Services products, and drive dealer metrics and performance. Maintains working knowledge of Services products and programs, and ensures that dealer organizations comply with organizational policies and standards.
Main tasks and responsibilities
Develop service dealer and partner network to support Hiab customers and compliment Hiab direct service organization
Dealer and partner onboarding process and execution
Drive parts, contract and other service product sales through Hiab Service dealer network
Manage service coverage in geographical area through optimizing (service) dealer network
Identify customers (dealerships) in defined Regions, evaluate and recruit new dealers or partners
Managing dealer Services agreements and renewal process in collaboration with legal team
Make regular visits to dealers to identify sales opportunities
Responsible for target setting and develop performance of service dealer network
Manages process and prepares documents for dealer/partner contracting and termination
Oversee Business Management activities of dealer network timely within forecast planning, dealer standards
Managing internet appointment leads via inbound and outbound calls and emails
Dealer Performance operating standard measurement audit process and site selection for expanding dealer operations
Develop dealer service offering in cooperation with dealer service network and Hiab Service Division
Coordinate with Services and Sales Operations the activities related to dealer improvement
Coordinate regular meetings to review department activities, provide reports into SalesForce and other reports as required by management
Coordinate with technical support/training, warranty, and parts sales teams
50-75% travel required
Other duties as assigned or required
What you'll need to succeed
Education:
Working experience:
5 years of experience in service sales or industrial goods sales in the automotive or agricultural industry
Industrial sales representative experience
Skills and competencies:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers
Experience using computers for a variety of tasks
Competency in Google applications including Slides, Sheets, Docs and GMail
Able to work comfortably in a fast paced and modern environment
Customer Service mindset, Motivation for Sales and Closing Skills
(Basic) business understanding and knowledge of KPI and customer success criteria
Personal attributes or qualities:
Extrovert and open-minded
Curious and eager to develop
Competitive and "challenger" type sales
