Chicago is HDFS' corporate headquarters and serves as the home office for employees who work in Accounting, Business Intelligence, Corporate Strategy, Credit and Risk Management, Marketing, Sales, and Securitization. Join our team as Dealer Channel Program Manager.
The Dealer Channel Program Manager is responsible for planning, program administration, and delivery of targeted results of select Card Products via the Dealer Channel.
Key elements of this position will include, but are not limited to, the following: (1) delivery, management and administration of the Card Product value propositions, programs and adoption strategies in the Dealer Channel to drive channel targeted results; (2) definition and direction of product success factors such as sales support, dealer training needs, and consultative actions with Dealers and Finance & Insurance Consultants (FICs); (3) management of product providers and vendors including the establishment and monitoring of Service Level Agreements, and prioritizing actions and projects; (4) develop, enable, manage and administer Dealer Channel strategies and tactics in conjunction with Sales, Marketing and other necessary internal/external stakeholder and support functions; (5) serve as primary point-of-contact for partners / internal stakeholders / dealers for all questions, issues, escalations; (6) this position will leverage data, information, and Company resources in a manner that allows for the insight to drive product growth and profit improvement in the Dealer Channel; (7) lead and manage dealer channel growth and Card Program adoption.
Manage key operational processes and integrations, product provider, vendors and internal stakeholder relationships related to Dealer Channel specific products, resources, technology, functionality; troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure continued availability of products and dealer service support
Leverage data, information, and company resources in a manner that allows you to monitor and complete ongoing assessments of performance, provide forecasts, analysis, business performance reporting and recommendations to drive improvement and growth from the Dealer Channel
Ownership for driving and delivering program performance through activities including development and delivery of training, dealer onboarding, compliance management, procedures, and communication
Work with Partners, Sales and Marketing to develop, manage, and administer dealer and sales team incentive strategies, and promotional plans that drive sales and business goals
A bachelor's degree in a related field of study is preferred.
This role typically requires at least 8 years of related experience. Qualified candidates should be able to demonstrate the following:
Success in leading product performance and driving product volume improvement activities
Strong analytical skills and data analysis capabilities and ability to develop performance reporting and use data to develop and implement actionable business activities to grow program performance
Ability to influence and work with others with a team using excellent communication skills and customer focus
Ability to effectively manage program and achieve results in a fast-paced and changing environment
Prior operational and industry knowledge; experience managing similar or related products/programs preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task and deliver target results
