We are looking for a Deal Desk Analyst to work in our Revenue Operations team. This role will closely partner with our Sales team to ensure their deals have a smooth transition to Global Order Management to be processed. This person will be responsible for making sure the appropriate approvals have been received and that the contract terms match what is listed in the opportunity.

What you'll be doing:

• Support sales to ensure all documentation is correct within the order before it is sent to accounting to be processed

• Support sales with our contract tool to ensure they have loaded contracts properly into the system linking all the necessary fields

• Manage key reporting fields such as ACV, start and end dates to ensure the data is accurate

• Scan open pipeline to ensure quotes have been submitted and approved through Salesforce Price quote before offers are sent

• Review key fields needed for Commissions to ensure data is accurate for payment

• Assist reps with managing open pipeline for customers who have signed a recent agreement

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of experience plus a bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Finance, or similar major

• Proficient in Excel and Salesforce

• Experience working with a CPQ tool

• Experience building reports and dashboards in Salesforce is a plus.
