De-Boning Room General Helper

Description & Requirements We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time Meat Department General Helper in our Lancaster, TX Meat Department. General Responsibilities:

Ensure that all food product and food safety obligations are met Efficiently move beef to the butchers' table Track Chuck inventory Trim meat as necessary Assist in disassembling all equipment after production has ended each day Assisting in other meat department positions when necessary Work Schedule Benefits: Full-time position, Hourly (non-exempt) Pay Range: $22.00-$24.50 per hour The above represents the expected pay range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we will consider your experience and other job-related factors.

Hours: 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.; some overtime as needed Work days: Tuesday

  Ability to lift a minimum of 70 lbs. Cold working conditions
