The DC Recruiter will manage end-to-end Recruiting for our DC on location. The Levi Strauss & Co. Talent Acquisition team is made up of high-achievers who are passionate about talent. With recruiters placed throughout the US, Asia and Europe, our global team works hard to build relationships with external and internal talent. We partner with internal stakeholders to develop and meet talent strategies that are unique to each LS&Co team.
You will report directly to the Senior Recruiter for the US & Canada DCs . You can work a hybrid position in this role. Our preference is a candidate who is available to be onsite 2-3 days a week.
About the Job
Onsite support for our Hebron and Erlanger Distribution Centers
Manage full cycle recruiting for our DC hourly roles
Requirement to be onsite at the DC for 5 days a week spilt between both sites
Experience with application tracking systems as Workday
Requirements to host onsite job fairs and attend off site job fairs monthly as needed
Host and attend bi-weekly calls with warehouse managers to maintain recruiting needs
Utilize Job Boards to develop sourcing strategies to attract a diverse talent pool
Partner with hiring managers to provide guidance, expertise, and teamwork to hire top talent
Good candidate experience is required by following the Levi Strauss recruitment process
Be an evangelist for Levi Strauss & Co
About You
3+ years full cycle recruiting experience
Must have prior experience recruiting
Extensive proactive sourcing experience with a focus on attracting diverse talent
Excellent storytelling, prioritizing, trouble shooting and negotiation skills
Ability to create a relationship with the Supervisors, Ops managers, HR team and DC shift Managers to develop a trusted partnership
Recruiting within the community and building those relationships
Growth mindset, being able to flex to urgent priorities
