The DC Human Resources Coordinator will support and collaborate with the Human Resources Business Partner/Manager and the Operations teams in a fast paced environment to ensure compliance of associate records. This position is responsible for efficient and timely communication, correspondence, data entry, and ad hoc reports.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide an overview of the Distribution Center programs to the Human Resources Business Partner/Manager and Operations Leadership team.
Ensure compliance and accurate data entry of associate documentation in the Human Capital Management system, as follows:
Partner with the HR Operations Specialist and HRIS team to identify any systematic and/or process opportunities for improvement
Maintain accuracy of personnel files by continuously monitoring the electronic database (i.e. ImageNow)
Provide ad hoc reports to the DC HR team
Provide support by phone, fax, or email to internal and external sources, including, but not limited to the Distribution/Transportation Leadership and management team
Research, produce, and execute unemployment information to the State Department of Labor via fax, mail, or phone
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree required in lieu of experience
1-3 years HR experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google platform (i.e. sites, slides, drive, docs, sheets)
Bi-lingual (Spanish and English)
