This role will be a regional role with interaction with German HQ
Preference to remote locations is CST or EST.
This is USA remote-based

Support the successful deployment and execution of funnel management within LMS (including
SFDC change and dashboard management)
Support the end-to-end funnel management so that we identify the major gaps vs. plan, drive
them to root cause, develop counter measures, and close the gap to plan
Support a sustainable process for onboarding Sales associates, executing the funnel
management SOP, and continuously improving funnel health
Support refine existing and develop new programs in order to increase the win rate within the
sales process and to close the opportunity conversion gap
Help identify best practices both in LMS and other OpCos and leverage them across the LMS
Own regional funnel management initiatives and roll them out together with regional sales
Support the LMS sales performance process "min 100% process"
Support the regional review actions between sales managers and sales reps.
Own regional SFI initiatives and roll them out with regional sales leaders
Own the successful creation, deployment and execution of the SOP for efficiently handing over
Marketing Qualified Leads to Sales
Collaborate with the Marketing Operations Leader in order to improve the quality of MQLs
University Degree in Economis, Marketing, Finance or Life Sciences
Masterblackbelt qualification or hands-on experience implementing DBS or comparable
business systems in a line management role
Significant experience of 5-8 years within in-field sales roles
Up to 5 years of successful sales management experience and/or working in Sales
Training/Sales Excellence role in related industries
Experience in DHR business system tools and methodology or comparable business systems
Experience in working in an international environment
Experience in Headquarter roles is a plus
Experience in change management
Strong growth and execution mind-set (i.e. gets things done even in complex organisations)
Experienced in high dynamic / high growth markets
Influencer who can change peer behavior without direct reporting relationships
