In this capacity, you will undertake time critical, complex or regulated tasks and timely escalation of operational, regulatory and other risks to the line manager and functional leads as appropriate. You may also be responsible for building and managing relationships with the front office and other internal and external parties at an appropriate level, in particular around the more time critical, complex or regulated tasks.
You will assist in the settlement of listed and unlisted local and foreign equities and fixed income securities, pre-match trade details with counterparties and advise any discrepancy, handle queries and process manual settlement transactions. You will also perform admin tasks such as static data maintenance, preparation and calculation of accruals, generation of invoices and the other reconciliation tasks.
You are expected to have Bachelor's Degree in Finance or any related Business course, preferably with experience in audit or settlements operations. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office application with strong analytical and problem solving skills. You should have strong communication and customer service skills.
