Prep cook and assemble dishes to ensure proper presentation of our premium food products

Achieve promise times for all dine in and takeout tickets

Understand and consistently comply with Bluestone Lane Recipes focusing on standard portion sizes cooking methods quality standards and and kitchen processes and procedures

Ensure the team is set up for success by leaving the kitchen prepped stocked and clean at the end of the day for the next mornings service

Contribute positively to the team environment working cohesively with the team
