The Sunshine House Early Learning Academy is seeking a Substitute Teacher for our locations in North Charleston! Flexibility around your availability- up to full time!About The Sunshine House:

We help children build a solid educational and social foundation -- with all the fun of childhood mixed in! Our schools exude a comforting, family feeling, and are led by passionate, supportive early childhood professionals!!

Pay rate of $16-$21 per hour, based on experience, education and credentials.

Substitute Teacher Responsibilities:

• Foster a safe and fun environment.
• Foster relationships with children and provide a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
• Document and share with families the important information in a child’s day using our app.
• Welcome families and engage them in conversation.
• Have fun and work as part of a supportive team!

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 30 days in a licensed childcare setting.
