Preschool Director in Training | Winston-Salem

Foundations Early Learning Center is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Childcare Director in Training to join our team. As Director in Training, you will have the opportunity to assist in leading a team of educators and create a nurturing and engaging learning environment for children.

Salary: $19-$20 plus FREE childcare

Responsibilities include:

• Help oversee the daily operations of the preschool center
• Assist with implementing curriculum standards and educational programs
• Supervising and supporting staff members
• Ensuring compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements
• Building positive relationships with parents and guardians
• Maintaining a safe and healthy environment for children
• Collaborating with the management team to achieve program goals

• 300 Poplar St. NW
• 251 7th Street

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Prior experience as a preschool director or in a leadership role in an early childhood education setting
• Excellent knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with staff, children, and parents
• Understanding of licensing and regulatory requirements for preschool programs
