Location: Bethel, Connecticut

Schedule: M-F 8:00-4:00 (Full Time)

Salary: $60,000 / year

As a Day & Work Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional services and support to our participants, fostering their skill development, and promoting community integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and guidance to staff members, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment

• Develop and implement program activities that promote skill development and community integration

• Oversee the provision of services and supports for assigned participants

• Supervise and evaluate staff performance, providing necessary training and support

• Facilitate meetings and follow up on consumer placement and progress

• Develop and oversee community integration sites and consumer schedules

• Maintain customer terms according to agreements and ensure accurate billing records

• Collaborate closely with Ability Beyond's management team, other departments, and vendor groups

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards of care

• Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for continuous improvement

• Collaborate with community partners and stakeholders to enhance program offerings

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field

• Valid Driver's License

• Proven experience in program management or a similar role within human services

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Positive Attitude
