Day Program Aide

Lifesteps is hiring a part-time Day Program Aide in the Indiana area.

Position Summary:

Responsible for the coordination of the daily operations of the Adult Training Facility (ATF) by adhering to 2380 and Chapter 11 regulations and Agency policy and procedures. Assists the Supervisor with assigned tasks and coordinates the operation of the ATF in the absence of the Supervisor. Help adults with disabilities with activities, personal care, pre-vocational skills, socialization, cleaning and transportation using the agency vehicle.

This part-time position works Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 2:00pm with weekends and holidays off!

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

• High School Diploma/GED

• Must be at least 18yrs of age or older

• Must be able to lift 200lbs with assistance

• Must be able to pass a background check and obtain clearance (Act 33, 34, 151)

• Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance
