With the fast growth of on-demand and digital business surrounding the new platform, a new opening has arisen for a Datacentre Partner Technical Manager based in London or US.

Reporting to the Vice President of Platform Business & Innovation, this role is responsible for coverage expansion and capacity planning on Digital Platform development and Datacentre Partner Network Interconnection globally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter experts to innovate and resolve problems from running digital platform business related to Datacentre Partner and Network Service Provider Interconnect and features

• Own technical relationship with Datacentre Partners and Network Service Provider globally

• Engage platform system, engineering and operation teams to deliver Enterprise OKR set by Senior Management Team related to Datacentre partnership and business

• Manage project with internal technology team and external partners on digital platform capabilities enhancement and process re-engineering related to Software Define Interconnect business and operations

• Drive growth with Datacentre partners in service capabilities, global coverage and feature varieties on the platform

Essential Skills and Experience

• A University Degree holder or equivalent in Computer Science / Information Technology / Engineering or related discipline - nice to have

• Certification in public cloud certifications is preferred

• 3-8 years experiences in Global ICT / Cloud / SaaS industry/ Telco

• Prior experience on day-to-day technical support, operational management or digital marketplace of the global cloud / SaaS products and services

• Experience in leading technical engagement and partnership is required

• Understanding of the basic legal and commercial concepts in Cloud/SaaS partnership and business model

• Strong verbal and written communications skills in English are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively and deliver results across multi-functional, multi-cultural, remote and virtual teams

• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills

• Passionate about delivering excellence and continual improvement in a fast-paced, agile global business

• Some global travel may be required

• Candidate with less experience may be considered for post of Assistant Datacentre Partner Technical Manager
