Anticipated Opening

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college graduate preferred. Valid New Jersey driver's license required.

• Knowledge of various software modules including, but not limited to, Windows Operating System, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.

• Expertise utilizing the Genesis Student Information System. Experience working in and optimizing modules including, but not limited to, Grade Book, Grading, Parent Access, Scheduling, and Registration, as well as all aspects of reporting.

• Experience coordinating and preparing for state testing including, but not limited to, NJSLA and Access.

• Knowledge of all state reporting requirements related to student information and enrollment including, but not limited to, all state and federal reports, NJSMART, Access, ASSA, NJ Registry, Civil Rights Reports, etc.

• Experience with onboarding new students into the district, including verifying residency, the transfer of records, and entry into Genesis.

• Must possess excellent organizational skills, work independently, and adhere to deadlines.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
