The successful candidate for the Database Marketing Manager-Data Scientist role will:

  • Build campaign business cases with sound ROI calculations

  • Build and maintain campaign production reports including goal data

  • Gather, analyze, and evaluate data to enhance Bank's marketing strategies

  • Create tactical promotional ideas that support the Bank's objectives

  • Build customer segments and identify opportunities within the customer base

  • Manage both customer and prospect databases

  • Align product and marketing initiatives through sound analytical recommendations

  • Create and manage key performance reports

  • Work as a team with the Retail Product Management, Marketing, and Digital Bank departments.

  • Manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud data integration and strategy

Position Requirements:

  • Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, accounting, computer science, mathematics, economics, or equivalent quantitative field

  • 3-5 years of related experience, management experience a plus

  • Strong PC skills and database management skills, relational database design experience desired

  • Strong knowledge and usage of Salesforce Marketing Cloud

  • Must be exceptionally fluent in Excel including database, tables and macros; Access experience a plus

  • SQL programming required

  • Must be able to successfully communicate complex concepts in a simple manner

  • Must be able to write executive style summaries supported by analytical work

  • Excellent analytical, logical, and math skills

  • Creative problem solver

  • Works well both independently and as a team

In this research position, you will work alongside an interdisciplinary team truly passionate about applying cutting-edge technology to shape the future of the energy industry, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and sustainability. The Lead Computer Scientist will contribute expertise in machine learning and/or deep learning techniques to create new AI solutions for a variety of use cases including streamlining field operations, automating defect recognition during inspection, and improving product design. You will work at the forefront of the energy industry's digital transformation, with potential to create tremendous impact on our ability to provide energy of all forms for generations to come. Essential Responsibilities In the role of Lead Computer Scientist, you will: * Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to design, develop and refine disruptive cyber-physical systems for the energy industry * Use state-of-the-art machine learning and deep learning techniques for time series and image analytics * Employ software libraries, tools and practices to implement efficient and scalable AI solutions * Cleanse and manage datasets for model training, working with subject matter experts as needed for data labeling * Optimize machine learning algorithms for deployment on lightweight embedded/edge computing devices * Stay current with industry trends and identify technical innovations that can be leveraged to advance projects * Brainstorm with colleagues and meet with customers to discover new challenges and generate new ideas * Be responsible for other duties and projects as assigned Qualifications/Requirements * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited college or university * Minimum 3 years of experience in software development, research and development or machine learning Desired Characteristics * Master's Degree or Ph.D in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field * Proficiency in one or more of the following: Python, C/C++, C#, or JavaScript * Proficiency with deep learning frameworks, such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch * Experience deploying models for inference on lightweight computing devices (e.g., Raspberry Pi 0) and accelerated edge computing devices (e.g., NVIDIA Jetson Nano/TX2/Xavier, Google TPU) * Experienced with Linux-based operating systems * Experience using deep learning frameworks to train computer vision models * Proven organizational skills and detail oriented * Experience working both independently and as part of a team within a cross-functional environment * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Location * Oklahoma City, OK This is your opportunity to learn more, do more, live the career you have imagined and be part of a truly diverse organization.
