Remote - work from home opportunity. You will train at a Montgomery location, but once trained you will be provided with equipment and you will work from home, Monday through Friday from 08:00 am to 05:00 pm.
NOTE: YOU MUST BE ABLE TO USE BASIC EXCEL FUNCTIONS, PARTICULARLY THE COPY AND PASTE FUNCTION.
Job Summary:
The candidate must be able to maintain detailed communication through database management functions in a timely and accurate manner, as well as assist with administrative and other clerical duties as needed. The candidate must project a professional company image, have excellent organizational skills, and must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and written.
- Direct phone and email contact with existing and potential clients with a goal of encouraging utilization of the company solution.
- Verify information in database
- Assist updating reports
- Data Entry for special projects
- Contribute directly to increasing sales and/or shortening the sales cycle.
- Support the company mission in additional ways as determined by the Senior Manager of Business Development Operations
- Dedicated to daily and appropriate documentation of activity in database.
- Assist the Conference Coordinator in registering, coordinating, and researching all local, regional, and national conferences attended by a national staff.
- Contribute to organizing supplies, marketing pieces, and tradeshow information.
- Ability to contribute to different positions where needed.
- Any other duties assigned.
- At least 2 years experience working in a customer focused environment is preferred.
- Additional Education or Experience preferred.
- Possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- CRM experience is a plus.
