What's the role?

In brief, the role of the Program Manager is to be directly responsible for delivering consultative solutions and tactical/operational service for the dedicated MSP account across North America. You will oversee, plan, direct and control all phases of the MSP account in order to increase productivity and encourage program growth. Your main responsibilities are listed below:

  • Responsible for client operations and service aspects as well as for the implementation, direction, quality and compliance program adherence, and management of a Managed Service Program (MSP) with multiple sites and suppliers.

  • Engages Pontoon resources and divisions in support of customer objectives. Engages non-Pontoon resources in the labor supply chain in order to optimize client's workforce.

  • Drives program evolution while keeping with client's strategic needs, and expand the program nationally and globally in cooperation with client.

  • Coordinates, communicates and leads the change management efforts related to the MSP, both within Pontoon and the client.

  • Provide oversight, training and leadership to ensure program consultants reach their potential.

  • Works with Business Analysts to complete performance analyses. Accountable for monthly/quarterly reporting of the MSP on agreed metrics

  • Review sales activity and recommends improvement programs as required.

  • Identify opportunities for further growth of existing accounts.

  • Management of supplier relationships and partnership negotiations.

What do you need?

  • A wealth of supervisory/management experience in the staffing or recruiting industry

  • You'll need MSP and VMS experience; Beeline preferred

  • Previous account management experience is a definite plus

  • We are looking for a natural communicator, both in one-on-one and in group presentation situations. You will need the ability to interact and communicate with all levels of staff and management.

Job Overview and Responsibilities: The enterprise security architect plays an integral role in defining and assessing the organization's security strategy, architecture and practices. The enterprise security architect will be required to effectively translate business objectives and risk management strategies into specific security processes enabled by security technologies and services. Responsibilities: The enterprise security architect will be responsible for the following activities and functions: * Develop and maintain a security architecture process and standards that enables the Solvay to develop and implement security solutions and capabilities that are aligned with business, technology and threat drivers * Develop security strategy plans and road-maps based on sound enterprise architecture practices * Develop and maintain security architecture artifacts (e.g., models, templates, standards and procedures) that can be used to leverage security capabilities in projects and operations * Participate in application and infrastructure projects to provide security-planning advice * Validate IT infrastructure and other reference architectures for security best practices and recommend changes to enhance security and reduce risks, where applicable * Review security technologies, tools and services, and make recommendations to the broader security team for their use, based on security, financial and operational metrics * Evaluate new services, vendors, applications and security tools, among other items, from a technical perspective, and translate the risk characteristics of these activities and functions into enterprise risk terms. Key Relationships: As Senior Member of the Enterprise Architecture Office, the enterprise security architect will act as a primary contact for IS Security Expert and Sounding Board on Security design for Solvay IS teams. Specifically, the enterprise security architect will be expected to work collaboratively with the following individuals or departments: * Application owners * IS Service Owners * Security Operations Center team * Information Risk and Security team * Digital & Technology Officer * CIO - Head of Solvay Business Services (SBS) * Project management office (PMO) * Partnership (Vendor) Management Team Education and Experience: University degree or equivalent by experience > 7-10 years of relevant experience: Strong working knowledge of managing security infrastructure — e.g., firewalls, intrusion prevention systems (IPSs), web application firewalls (WAFs), endpoint protection, SIEM and log management technology Strong working knowledge of vulnerability management tools Full-stack knowledge of IT infrastructure: * Applications * Databases * Operating systems — Windows, Unix and Linux * Hypervisors * IP networks — WAN and LAN * Active Directory * Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) * Storage networks — Fibre Channel, iSCSI and NAS * Backup networks and media * Encryption Direct experience with IAM , PAM technologies and services: * Experience designing the deployment of applications and infrastructure into public cloud services (AWS) Understanding and knowledge of Regulations, Standards and Frameworks Skills: In addition to the above experience, the following skills and behaviors are required: * Strategic planning skills — The enterprise security architect must interpret business, technology and threat drivers, and develop practical security roadmaps to deal with these drivers. * Communication skills — The enterprise security architect will be required to translate complex security-related matters into business terms that are readily understood by colleagues.
