This position is in our Marketing Department and we are looking for candidates that have Casino experience in executing marketing campaigns.
The Database Analyst will provide technical and organizational support for the Database Manager including but not limited to building offers in player tracking systems, updating existing reports, preparing list for direct mail programs, and preparing ad-hoc analysis.
Build offers in Oasis Patron Management and Atrient Power Kiosk systems.
Ensure the database includes only active and mailable accounts by developing daily audits, developing and implementing data entry standards.
Investigate and solve data quality issues and train users as needed.
Manipulate and sort player lists in preparations for direct mail vendors.
Prepare graphical interpretation of raw data.
Perform maintenance on various Access forms crated for operational processes.
Prepare ad-hoc analysis upon request.
Perform data mining and queries of the database.
Prepare data files for importing and/or exporting.
Adjust database settings as directed.
Perform database integration and data manipulation of player databases(s).
Identify and/or runs mailing lists (direct mail and email) as required from the database(s).
Provide consistent database activity status reports.
Assist in providing support and input into all marketing and operational projects related to database.
Identifies inactive guests in the club database.
Maintain professional relations with vendors, customers and harmonious relationships with co-workers.
Broad variety of tasks and deadlines requires an irregular work schedule, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
Other duties as assigned.
Three (3) to five (5) years' experience in data base marketing and data analysis with strong background in utilizing multiple databases and business intelligence/reporting tools to manage data and reports.
A 4-year degree in related fields or equivalent work experience is required.
Must be proficient in Excel and Access - SQL and Crystal Reporting is a plus.
Knowledge of database marketing and reporting programs and systems is required.
Experience with the following is preferred but not required: IGT, Micros, Atrient Power Kiosk.
Certificates, licenses and registration
Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Soboba Tribal Gaming Commission license.
Required to submit to and obtain negative results on all drug and/or alcohol testing.
