Job Description Job Description Robert Half is hiring We are providing an intriguing opportunity for a Database Analyst in the Real Estate - Developers industry. As a Database Analyst, your main function will be to support users with database systems, assist in new user onboarding, ensure data integrity, and contribute to the improvement of user experience. Responsibilities: • Ensuring effective management of object and record-level access for users • Functioning as the Subject Matter Expert for users of database systems • Assisting with the onboarding and training of new users, as well as rollouts of updated features and tools • Executing security and data integrity projects, including audits • Managing data uploads and exports • Supporting Delegated Admins in their role and training them as necessary • Developing declarative components in Salesforce to meet specific requirements • Updating content access to improve user experience and meet process needs • Coordinating with Developers and Outside Consultants on project timelines and requirements • Supporting the migration of legacy automation logic to a new unified automation tool • Creating and maintaining user-oriented training materials for Sales & Marketing database systems • Documenting change management within database systems in collaboration with the Director of Sales & Marketing Database Systems • Testing and managing UAT testing for new and existing development projects • Designing, maintaining, and auditing reports and dashboards in Salesforce and DOMO • Assisting the Director of Sales & Marketing Database Systems with projects as required • Safeguarding the confidentiality of all records across databases • Undertaking other duties related to Sales & Marketing Database Systems as necessary. • Proficient in Salesforce Administration, with a solid understanding of the platform's functionality and capabilities. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. • Proven experience in database analysis, preferably within the real estate industry. • Strong understanding of data management, including data collection, analysis, and data validation. • Proficient in SQL and other database languages. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. • Knowledge of data modeling and design principles. • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical teams. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. • High attention to detail with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in all tasks. • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices. • Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques is a plus. • Eagerness to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technological advancements.
