Initial Discussion – Hiring manager conversation Technical Evaluation – Database design exercise (with screen sharing) A database developer will shadow this session Developer Discussion – If needed Role Overview This role focuses on database design, data analysis, and data quality assurance within a technical development environment. The ideal candidate is a skilled data analyst with strong problem-solving abilities who can ensure data integrity and structure across multiple systems. Key Responsibilities:

Database Design & Development – Analyze data requirements, optimize schemas, and develop database structures Data Quality & Analysis – Write queries to ensure data accuracy and resolve issues Collaboration – Work with application owners, handle JIRA tickets, and participate in design discussions Data Transformation – Work with data ingested from multiple sources, ensuring consistency and integrity Technical Skills: Must-Have: Database Design & Development SQL (querying, optimization) Data Analysis Data Quality Assurance Nice to Have:

Azure Oracle, Teradata, MS SQL Server Expectations & Work Environment: Work closely with teams two to three times per week to discuss and review assignments Engage with application owners to understand data flows Analyze data from various sources (e.g., customer interactions, close rates) to establish a unified format Serve as a data steward, identifying and filling in missing data gaps Must be comfortable working in a technical analysis and development role This role does not require a specific job title or past position experience—strong database and analytical skills are the key requirements.
