Data Warehouse Engineer

Overview: We are seeking a proficient Data Warehouse Engineer to join our dynamic team in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SQL, backend development, and big data technologies. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating our data warehouse, ensuring data integrity, and optimizing data feeds. This role involves working closely with user product data, shipping data, channel spend data, and monetizable data streams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain robust data warehouse solutions.

• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data within the warehouse.

• Optimize data feeds and data integration processes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and process data requirements.

• Utilize SQL for data manipulation, extraction, and analysis.

• Monitor data warehouse performance and implement improvements as needed.

• Work with big data technologies to manage and analyze large datasets.

• Support backend development related to data warehousing.

• Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Proficient in SQL and experience with backend development.

• Strong understanding of big data technologies and data warehousing concepts.

• Experience in maintaining and updating data warehouses.

• Familiarity with user product data, shipping data, channel spend data, and monetizable data.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.

Preferred:

• Experience in the automotive industry.

• Knowledge of data security best practices.

Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience.
