The Data Warehouse Developer will develop, implement and maintain business driven information system solutions, on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in data warehouse development, with expertise in designing, building, and maintaining data warehouse solutions. This position works closely with the business analysts to understand the business requirements and create a technical solution using the appropriate tool(s). Proficiency in Power BI is preferred for this role to create insightful visualizations and reports based on the data stored in the warehouse.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Design and develop new functionality for existing and new applications to support the company's data warehouse and reporting strategy
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define data warehouse architecture and ETL processes
Develop and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures for data extraction, transformation and loading (ETL)
Monitor and solve data warehouse issues and implement solutions to improve efficiency and reliability
Create and maintain documentation for data warehouse processes, data mappings and data dictionaries
Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboard to visualize data and provide insights to stakeholders
Identify new technologies or technological improvements to include in the application to improve usability, stability and maintainability
Provide technical consultation to internal business partners
Seek opportunities for improvement within the business intelligence and development team (i.e., improving documentation, software quality improvement, etc.) and outline and implement solutions
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems and/or sufficient experience to equate to the degree
Three (3)+ years of development experience within Microsoft SQL Server including:
Stored Procedures
User Defined Functions
Triggers
Views
Indexes
Three (3)+ years of designing relational database structures
Three (3)+ years of designing and developing data analysis/reporting solutions
Experience using a System Development Life Cycle
Experience with Power BI for creating interactive reports and dashboards
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex datasets
Experience with cloud-based data warehousing platforms (Azure SQL Data Warehouse)
Strong verbal and written communications skills and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to effectively prioritize and implement tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial
Flexible schedule to accommodate after hours and/or weekends when needed
Preferred:
Experience working in HMO
Experience with Project Management Techniques
Experience with Microsoft Business Intelligence Tools (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS)
