This hybrid-position will work out of our Home Office in Dripping Spring, TX.

Salary Range: $110,000 - $115,000

Data Visualization Specialist

Create, develop, and implement top-tier data solutions for our organization. Conduct thorough data analysis and design performance dashboards with visualization to aid management in interpreting the data effectively.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop performance dashboards utilizing data visualization tools (i.e., Tableau, Einstein Analytics).

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to comprehend their requirements and convert them into data visualization solutions.

• Analyze and interpret complex data sets, transforming them into information that can guide business decisions.

• Ensure data accuracy and consistent reporting by designing and creating optimal processes and procedures.

• Collaborate with teams to integrate systems.

• Develop and update technical documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Profound knowledge of Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, Einstein Analytics, etc.

• Relevant software certifications are mandatory.

• Understanding of and experience using analytical concepts and statistical techniques: hypothesis development, designing tests/experiments, analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and developing actionable recommendations for business units.

• Experience working with and creating databases and dashboards using all relevant data to inform decisions.
