Arch Aerial LLC is seeking a highly motivated Photo & Video Content Editor to produce captivating content from the raw data captured in the course of our drone services. This is an hourly position which can expect between 30 - 40 hours per week.

Mapping or previous GIS experience is a plus. Previous drone experience is a plus.

FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES

The Data Technician- Photo & Video Content Editor will be responsible for the processing of aerial photography and videography captured on a daily basis by Arch Aerial UAS Pilots for delivery to our customers. In addition, the Data Technician- Photo & Video Content Editor will also have the opportunity to train after hire in aerial mapping, and GIS tools. The Data Technician- Photo & Video Content Editor will also assist the CEO with creation of digital and social marketing materials and campaigns that increase awareness, stature of the company and its brand objectives.

This position is best suited for a candidate with a photography and videography editing background who are looking for hands-on experience with a fast-paced team. Primary Duties

  • Responsible for daily editing of photography and videography content produced in daily UAS (drone) operations.
  • Responsible for troubleshooting customer data access issues. Must have outstanding communication skills.
  • The candidate will be trained in basic GIS skills and have the opportunity for training on mapping and GIS tools by senior staff post-hire.
  • Assist with the creation of media as well as the curation of the companys social media brand.
  • Assist with creating effective marketing campaign(s) across all interactive media including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, and blogs.

  • Secondary Duties

  • Enhances the company's brand and reputation in the public's eye.
  • Responsible for the identification of brand-building areas of opportunity.
  • Leverages customer insight data to refine brand management.
  • Ensures brand communication for areas of responsibility are consistent with the companys brand positioning.
  • Provides design ideas for collateral, web and other visual communications media for the company.
  • Assists in the development and refinement of uniform graphic standards and visual brand strategies.
  • Represents the company at trade marketing events to promote our services.
  • Develops and maintain knowledge of our industry.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with photo and video editing software (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Premiere and After Effects), and have a working knowledge of social media platforms from a B2B and B2C marketing standpoint.

The ideal candidate will also possess:

  • Demonstrated ability to create materials that communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong organization skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Some experience with UAV drones.

We are currently in need of a Data Verification/Acquisition Technician III to join our team. Do you have the following skills? This is a JETS CBA position with Jacobs. As a Data Verification/Acquisition Technician III you will: * Maintain and operate facility data acquisition systems. * Run checklists or procedures to start and stop the facility data acquisition and control systems in support of test operations. * Perform data handling tasks including reducing, archiving, and restoring as required for test support operations. * Configure data system to route new signals from instrument through the data acquisition hardware and have it displayed on the user interface in the correct units (this may include installing patch panels or updating calibration curve information for instruments). * Maintain and operate facility communication system. * Troubleshoot data acquisition and communication hardware using test equipment and system documentation (schematics, functional diagrams, timing charts, etc.). * Pull Ethernet or fiber optic cable as needed and terminate the ends of the cable. * Perform inventory database transactions to support the laboratory storage. * Maintain printers for the organization, including replacing toner cartridges and basic troubleshooting. * Maintain conference room and control room projectors and perform troubleshooting as necessary. * Support basic Windows computer administrative tasks as needed, such as software patching, system backups, installing software, etc. * Support the training and certification processes of Data Verification/Acquisition Technicians I and II. * Work with vendors to purchase and order necessary materials, equipment and machines. * Assist in the preparation and setup of testing. * Participate in testing following established procedures for safe handling of hazardous and explosive materials and/or batteries.
