AECOM is actively recruiting for a mid-level Data Systems Analyst to provide support to the COLUMBIA Class Submarine Product Support Manager (PMS397T5). PMS397T5 is NAVSEA's ship Logistics Directorate with technical authority for Maintenance Development and Supportability for COLUMBIA Class.
Tasking shall include:
Provide direct support to the Logistics Production Lead in efforts to complete the design and integration of various Submarine Systems and ensure supportability planning is complete.
Technical expertise in Data Systems, such as TDMIS, CDMDOA, Artemis, NSDER, ICAPS, NLL, IPDE, and other systems related to Logistics as it relates to design, deployment, integration, testing and implementation on/for Navy systems.
Familiarity, and basic expertise at the Submarine organizational level in Maintenance, Supply Support, 3M, and processes associated with submarine support.
A understanding of all aspects of technical documentation deliveries as they relate to design, design integration and supportability including: PTD development, TMDE Outfitting, LTD integration, maintenance documentation, shore support, and load list development.
The individual integrates with all Program Integration Teams to ensure data gathering and metrics are integrated into their respective sustainability aspects for the life cycle.
Provide expertise and execution into consolidating complete product deliveries into a system that is useable for traceability and for review by SME's. Must understand and have necessary skills to access Drawings, ICAPs data, TDMIS, Maintenance Data and provide for review.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field. Two years of job related experience may be substituted for each year of college.
Ability to understand and succinctly summarize, communicate, and document technical issues.
Knowledge of NAVY shipboard and submarine systems, and access to all logistic technical documentation systems.
Knowledge of Maintenance, Supply, and Logistics standards such as Submarine Maintenance Manuals, JFMM, 3M Processes, OPNAV4700.7L, PAFO's, FMR, and other operational documents as required developing and executing maintenance.
Demonstrated communication and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to routinely perform in high tempo environment and satisfy quick turnaround deadlines.
At least five (5) years of related technical experience or experience working within a DoD Program Office or Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA); Submarine design, production and/or operational experience a plus.
Must possess organizational skills, technical management skills, and ability to perform detail-oriented work.
Self-motivated, possess analytical skills and be customer-oriented.
Effective communication, both verbal and written.
Familiarity with computer hardware and software; proficiency in MS Office Suite.
