Position Overview
The Division of Developmental Disabilities is seeking to hire a Data Support Unit Working Supervisor for the Bureau of Reimbursement & Program Support located in Springfield, Illinois. Conducts complex data analysis on performance and evaluations of community service providers' contracts and services. Utilizing Microsoft Access, develops application systems and databases, specifically tailored to Developmental Disabilities on the contracting, funding and service reporting of community-based providers. Serves as full-line supervisor. Performs complex and technical work related to the Division of Developmental Disabilities data and data collection needs utilizing Windows 10 operating system. Serves as the Division's website administrator and project manager for Information Systems and Information Technology (IS/IT) project initiatives. Serves as a liaison with DHS/DoIT. Performs quality assurance reviews and prepares quarterly and end of year reports that summarize fiscal contract compliance.
Job Responsibilities
Serves as Data Support Unit Working Supervisor.

Serves as liaison with the DHS/DoIT/ (Department of Innovation & Technology.
Serves as the Division's website administrator.
Serves as the Division's project manager for Information Systems and Information Technology (IS/IT) project initiatives.
Performs quality assurance reviews and prepares quarterly and end of year reports that summarize fiscal contract compliance.
Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above.
Minimum Qualifications
Requires knowledge, skill and mental development equivalent to completion of four (4) years of college.
Requires three (3) years of progressively responsible administrative experience in a public or business organization.
Preferred Qualifications
One (1) year of professional experience supporting and providing technical support for end users including hardware, software and application systems.
Two (2) years of experience working in Windows 10 Operating System.
Two (2) years of professional experience directing staff in conducting complex data analysis on performance and evaluations of community service providers' contracts and services.
Two (2) years of professional experience in the application of advanced statistical analysis for public or private organization.
Two (2) years of professional experience in information technology project management for a public or private organization.
Two (2) years of professional experience working with computer software development and enhancement for a public or private organization.
Two (2) years of professional experience interacting with and communicating in oral and written form with internal and external stakeholders.
Two (2) years of professional supervisory experience assigning work, providing guidance to subordinates, recommending counseling and/or discipline, training staff and approving time off.
Conditions of Employment
Requires the ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
Requires the ability to use agency supplied equipment such as laptop, personal computer, work cell phone, etc.
Requires the ability to travel in the performance of job duties.
