Seeking a professional and highly motivated technical assistance (TA) associate to support the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program, Data Support and Technical Assistance Center project. This position is remote.
Responsibilities
The TA associate will provide technical assistance to grant recipients of the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) in reporting their required data reports to the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) HIV/AIDS Bureau (HAB). Training on each report will be provided. Specific duties include:
Operate a phone line and email inbox to provide assistance to and troubleshoot with grant recipients in navigating and using the online data report submission system and interpreting reporting requirements
Assist in the creation and updating of data report manuals
Create and deliver data report training webinars
Day-to-day office activities to support the technical assistance such as: tracking TA cases, generating reports, and coordinating with co-workers and other contractors to provide timely and complete support.
You will need to develop a nuanced understanding of the data reporting requirements and the logistics of submitting each required report, and the capacity to provide high quality TA that meets the needs of the recipients in a changing health care environment. You will be responsible for ensuring HAB's reporting expectations are met, and in turn, articulating incoming questions and concerns to HAB as appropriate.
Qualifications
Required qualifications include:
A bachelor's degree
Familiarity and comfort with technology and online environments
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
The ability to work well with a team
Familiarity with datasets
Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills
The ability to learn quickly and use your knowledge to predict possible outcomes
Strong abstract reasoning abilities
Desired qualifications include:
Knowledge of HIV/AIDS
Knowledge of public health
Experience providing training, technical assistance, or customer service

TRAVEL: This is a remote position, and travel (25% or less) is required.
