BS or MS in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science or another quantitative discipline.
Significant experience with SQL and working with large datasets. Experience in programming/scripting, knowledge of statistical packages like R, Python or SAS is preferred.
5-7+ years Database Marketing Experience preferred.
3+ years in Statistical Analysis role preferred.
3+ years in an analytics role in the Casino or Hospitality industry.
1+ years of supervisory/management experience is preferred.
Predictive Modeling experience preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing a team of analysts, strong understanding of the casino and hospitality patron lifecycle, patron segmentation, slot and table games optimization, test and learn experimentation, predictive modeling and a working knowledge of direct mail, email and digital campaigns in a casino/hospitality environment.

The Marketing Analytics Manager is a strategic role that leverages advanced data science techniques to drive incremental business growth through measurable improvements in Patron Reinvestment & profitability, Slot and table Game Floor Optmization and overall Direct Marketing effectiveness. Provide strategic support to Slot Management, Regional Leadership, Property Executive Management including Marketing and Player Development. Some job functions will include but are not limited to:
Lead "Test and Learn" experimentation efforts for the region including experiment prioritzation, test design, assisting wtih execution and providing key learnings with recommendations.
Identify, develop, and communication strategies to increase guest profitability and optimize reinvestment with an emphasis on guest segmentation and lifecycle marketing (i.e. guest acquisition, conversion, growth, retention and reactivation).
Identify, develop and communicate strategies to increase Slot and Table Games profitability optimizing floor performance at each property.
Perform analytical deep-dives to identify problems, opportunities and specific actions required.
Work with cross functional teams (including Marketing, Product Groups including Slot and Table Games, IT and Property Management) to rapidly execute and iterate.
Integrate understanding of Competitor Positioning and Macro-Economic factors to refine strategies.
Be the "Test and Learn" Evangelist of the Region.
