Compensation
Compensation includes a base salary of $85,600.00 - $128,500.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

The Sr Data Analyst is responsible for performing deep data analyst of complex data sets to drive meaningful insights. This requires expert level SQL skills, very good Python skills, with significant experience in the techniques used to work with data, coupled with critical thinking skills to draw conclusions, make recommendations, and to make assessments. PowerBI and Tableau are generally used in visualizing outcomes.
Information Analysis
Performs data analysis and validation.
Translates data into meaningful insights.
Mines and interprets data.
Performs root causes analysis with an ability to learn industry data and understands how to conduct ab testing.
Monitors and provides insight into key metrics, including metric performance.
Handles data preparation and analysis for various projects.
Writes, maintains, and updates SQL queries in response to questions from internal customers.
Assists development teams in creating and maintaining data reporting models.
Data Reporting and Visualization
Utilizes reporting and visualization tools to visualize data analysis results and present to leadership.
Utilizes reporting and dashboarding tools to monitor the quality and health of data.
Assists in the development and implementation of data monitoring and measurement systems.
Qualifications:
Experience working with SQL on Relational Databases (i.e., Snowflake and Oracle).
Experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis.
Experience with languages for data analysis (i.e., Python and R).
Experience working with reporting tools (i.e., Tableau and Power Bi).
Experience working with large scale disparate datasets.
Experience presenting data to leadership for decision making.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or an equivalent combination of industry related professional experience and education.
4+ years of working experience.
