This position supports plant engineering to accomplish the stockroom supply goals. The candidate must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision. The candidate must have advanced computer skills. Primary responsibilities are ensuring parts are available for all manufacturing equipment and related equipment (building & grounds). The job responsibilities in this posting are not all inclusive and other duties may be assigned.


  • Assist Engineering department to acquire needed services and parts.

  • Assist site personnel with SAP inquiries and issues.

  • Resolve all internal and external receiving issues.

  • Must work well in group situations; must deal effectively with conflict.

  • Must quickly identify and resolve issues.

  • Must work well with all levels of the organization.

  • Must effectively communicate written & verbally up and down the Pactiv organization, as well as to outside Pactiv vendors and contractors.


  • Good organizational skills

  • Good communication skills

  • Strong analytical skills and verbal & written communication skills.

  • Must have competent computer skills

  • Knowledgeable about production machine operation and parts.

  • Understanding of mechanical and electrical parts technology and terminology.

  • Must be able to create Excel spreadsheets with formulas and charts for analysis.

  • Must be self-motivated

  • BA/BS degree preferred or High School diploma and significant experience.

  • Self-Motivated

  • Possess a positive professional attitude

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Must be a demonstrated team player and have excellent interpersonal skills.

  • No Step 2 corrective actions within the last six months.

  • Available off schedule as required to meet corporate stockroom initiatives.

  • Able to lift 50 pounds.

  • Fork lift license preferred.

VIEW JOBS 12/8/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-03-08T00:00 Working in an Substance Use Day Program the Peer Specialist (CPS-AD) will work collaboratively with individuals served, co-workers and the community to promote long-term recovery goals that empower individuals to overcome challenges r/t substance use and create and meet their own recovery goals. This position will be hybrid position that includes clerical responsibilities as well as peer specialist roles. The Peer Specialist will advocate on behalf of individuals served and help them to navigate behavioral health systems. In accordance with SAMHSA guiding principles, Peer Specialist will engage and support individuals in the four major types of recovery support services including (1) peer mentoring and coaching, (2) recovery resource connecting, (3) facilitating and leading recovery groups, and (4) building community. This Peer Specialist will have leading role in delivering Recovery Support Services. Duties will include but not be limited to one-to-one discussions with peers, facilitating evidenced based educational groups, providing life skills training to support long-term recovery goals, linkage to 12-Step Recovery support groups as well as building working relationships with community partners. The Peer Specialist will help to build a collective sense of community for individuals served, and help them to create meaningful lives in the community. Focusing on individuals' strengths and aspirations, the Peer Specialist meets individuals served where they are in their journey toward recovery and coaches peers in taking steps towards achieving meaningful and unique life goals. Additionally, this Peer Specialist will complete administrative and clerical duties, such as conducting initial phone screenings with potential clients, sending and receiving emails and telephone calls, corresponding with referral sources and completing required documentation. He/she will also complete any training required for the position. Answers and screens telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner. Determines callers needs. Provides clear and correct information to the caller about routine processes. Refers other calls to the appropriate staff. Alerts other staff if the call is of an emergency nature. Takes clear, accurate and complete telephone messages and routes them to appropriate staff. Greets individuals and other visitors promptly and courteously. Determines their needs, responds to their routine questions, and secures any necessary information. Directs them to correct locations. Lastly, the Peer Specialist will communicate and work collaboratively with team members, attend team meetings, and meet with supervisors to discuss performance. High school diploma or GED AND any combination of training and experience, which would have enabled the applicant to acquire the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities.
