Data Solutions Specialist

As a Data Solutions Specialist at OneSpace, you will work with internal team members as well as directly with clients to help execute the services we are engaged to provide. Responsible for managing the implementation of project plans that help clients achieve their strategic business objectives, you will need to be a subject-matter expert of all OneSpace platforms and ongoing e-commerce data management strategies.

In this role you will:

  • Manage the core components of day-to-day operations for client projects, including:
    • Working with Account Managers to understand client needs
    • Providing ongoing project management support, acting as the primary point of contact for client questions related to data
    • Identifying areas for improvement on projects and proposing appropriate solutions
    • Finalizing project deliverables to ensure all quality standards and project expectations are met
  • Work closely with clients and internal teams as data is being collected to ensure comprehensive and accurate transfer of information
  • Manage large sets of data to ensure it is standardized using advanced Excel functions; this is often achieved by combining multiple data sets
  • Create master workflows and execute testing of functionality using our proprietary software
  • Launch work using our platforms and maintain data integrity
  • Create reports to proactively inform and update clients on the progress of their respective project(s)
  • Coordinate multiple projects at once, keeping track of all deadlines, deliverables and associated tasks
  • Communicate with internal teams regularly to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality guidelines and budget
  • Help clients identify how OneSpace can assist in solving their e-commerce business problems while keeping expectations within the scope of our capabilities, offering and contractual parameters
  • Establish procedures and processes that support OneSpace and departmental standards, values and strategic directives
  • Provide expert-level knowledge of all OneSpace platforms
  • Travel as necessary


To win in this role you need:

  • Bachelors Degree (Business Administration, Data Management, Computer Science or a related field of study preferred) and a minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Advanced Excel skills (3+ years experience), including vlookup and pivot tables
  • A passion for technology and innovation
  • A self-starter mentality; you should thrive in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment and tolerate ambiguity while demonstrating problem-solving leadership with limited supervision
  • Ability to recognize the urgency of situations and respond appropriately
  • Strong communication and presentation skills both verbally and in writing
  • Phenomenal organizational skills
  • Strong critical thinking skills

Essential Duties: * Monitor client's condition and performance of duties by Home Care Aides * Maintain all company and State specific program rules, regulations and standards * Conduct home visits to new clients to welcome and review the Welcome Packet * Observe and evaluate Home Care Aides in the client's home as directed by Supervisor, to assure client Care Plans are being followed * Prepare and complete accurate home visit and home safety evaluation reports as needed * Maintain schedule to assure timely completion of all assigned home visits * Training of new hires * Maintains a high degree of confidentiality at all times due to access to sensitive information. * Compliance with all Medicare, Medicaid, and HIPAA regulations and requirements * Maintains regular, predictable, consistent attendance and is flexible to meet the needs of the agency. * Abides by all regulations, policies, procedures, and standards. * Performs other duties as assigned.
