Data Scientist/ Machine Learning Engineer

We are looking to hire a data scientist with +2 years of professional experience in similar jobs to integrate our Intelligent Customer Service while building a software solution to transform user experience on an omnichannel context and focusing on self service channel. This project aim to leverage and transform institutions support service by introducing Artifical Intelligence cross channels.

Required Competences:

•  MSc degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field. 
• Demonstrated solid mathematical foundations and statistical consultancy, business sense, being able to quickly understand the use cases we are working on. 
• Proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning libraries such as PyTorch, scikit-learn, spaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face Transformers, etc.
• Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and techniques, including deep learning,  natural language processing.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Familiarity with data engineering, modeling and business analysis.
• Good comunication skills.

• Experience with Information Retrieval and LLMs.
• Knowledge in Sentence Transformers, FastAPI.
• Knowledge in technologies such as Opensearch.
• Knowledge of cloud tools such as Azure, AWS, Google Cloud.
