Job Summary
Strategy
The candidate should hold Bachelor degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information systems, or Computer engineering, Systems Engineering with 4+ years of relevant experience.
The candidate must be able to simplify Responsible AI Governance requirements to be able drive the governance reviews effectively with business and functions teams. He/She should understand and interpret Regulations and guidelines on the Responsible use of AI. Have good communication and stakeholder management skills to work
with first line business and function teams to apply the Standards within their AI use cases. Meet the SLAs and exceed ambitious business goals by engaging with Responsible AI Council, Model Development partners and senior management forums.
Business
Awareness and understanding of the Standard Chartered's business and functions along with a wider
outllook of economic and market environment for AIML Responsible AI Standards.
Interpret business problems and articulate how AI will bring value to that business function.
Processes
Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for AIML both internal and external communications
Develop and deploy relevant AI training content for a diverse audience of stakeholders.
Be able to author risk papers for senior audiences.
Perform Analytical work from the central team and provide recommendations for better decision making
People and Talent
Work closely with project teams to support delivery timelines and commitments
Develop training and awareness content to develop skills across the Bank in the Responsible AI and Data ethics space
Risk Management
Ownership of identification and highlighting various risks on a timely manner to the stakeholders.
Identifying proper remediation plan for the risks with proper risk roadmap.
Governance
Regulatory & Business Conduct
Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group's Values and Code of Conduct.
Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in
letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
Lead the Responsible AI team to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank's Conduct Principles
Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
Key Stakeholders
Responsible AI Council, AI Delivery Team, AI Product Team, AIML Model Improvement and Monitoring
Team, Other stakeholders such as Regulators, etc relevant in a Banking environment.

Must have a Data science background
Qualifications in Mathematics, or statistics or engineering.
Must possess exceptional writing skills and be able to compose engaging and accurate content
Strong communicator who works well independently and with a team
Superior time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to think strategically and identify ways to improve communication efforts
Must be resourceful and take initiative even when given minimal direction
Advanced level MS Office(Excel, Powerpoint) skills
