Base Pay Range: $83,800.00 - $142,500.00 Annually

Group/Division

The KLA Services team headquartered in Milpitas, CA is our service organization that consists of Service Sales and Marketing, Spares Supply Chain management, Field Operations, Engineering, Product Training, and Technical Support. The KLA Services organization partners with our field teams and customers in all business sectors to maintain the high performance and productivity of our products through a flexible portfolio of services. Our comprehensive services include: proactive management of tools to identify and improve performance; expertise in optics, image processing and motion control with worldwide service engineers, 24/7 technical support teams and knowledge management systems; and an extensive parts network to ensure worldwide availability of parts.

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

We are seeking a Data Analysis/Scientist will collect, analyze, and interpret vast amounts of product and service data from various enterprise systems using analytical, statistical, and programming skills within KLA's Global Support Services (GSS) business unit.

Responsible for developing algorithms and models to support programs for machine learning. Crafting data visualizations, dashboards and reports to drive redefining insights to improve product and service business growth.

Qualifications:

• Experience with CRM systems like SAP CRM, ServiceNow, and ServiceMax, as well as technical platforms like ABAP, BTP, SAP PI/PO, and BI tools is required.

• Strong background in enterprise applications such as SAP, PLM (Enovia/Teamcenter/Windchill), and Snowflake is required.

• Familiarity with Capital Equipment Manufacturers, Medical Equipment Manufacturers, or similar industries is required. Understanding the specific service processes within these sectors would enable the candidate to tailor solutions effectively.

• Requires SQL for data warehouse work and Python (and/or R) for development of machine learning functions.

• Experience in driving large-scale transformation programs and capable of leading initiatives that drive innovation and improve business processes.

• Project management experience on large and medium scale projects or PMP certification is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with survival analysis for reliability and actuarial methods for risk analysis is desirable.

• Proficiency in leading large-scale programs involving significant resources. Adept at project planning, execution, and delivery within a sophisticated and fast-paced environment.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Level Degree in Data Science or Engineering field with industry experience of 5 years

• Masters Level Degree in Data Science and Engineering field with industry experience of 3 years
