Data Scientist IIAn active TS/SCI with a polygraph clearance is required to be considered for this position.Position Overview:
  • Extracts meanings and value from large datasets
  • Makes and communicates principled conclusions form data using elements of mathematics, statistics, computer science, and application specific knowledge
  • Ability to develop and implement qualitative and quantitative methods for characterizing, exploring, and assessing large datasets in various states or organization, cleanliness, and structure account for features and limitations inherent in NSA/CSS data holdings
  • Translates practical mission needs and analytic questions related to large datasets into technical requirements
  • Assists others with drawing appropriate conclusions form the analysis of the performed data
  • Effectively communicates complex technical information to non-technical audiences
  • Makes informed recommendations regarding competing technical solutions by maintaining awareness of the constantly shifting NSA/CSS collection, processing, storage, and analytic capabilities and limitations
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems, Statistics, or related discipline from an accredited college or university
  • Three (3) years experience as a Data Scientist in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required

We will rely on your expertise to evaluate neural network architectures and synthetic data through experimentation. You will lead development of proof-of-concept and prototype implementations of neural network architectures on relevant domain data. We're looking for someone like you to lead complex data exploration and analytics projects where you will leverage your expertise with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and training neural network architectures. We need someone like you with strong programming skills, strong math skills, expertise in scripting for data processing and analysis.</p><p>As an advanced data scientist and researcher on our team, you'll learn, develop, and apply data analytic capabilities and machine learning architectures for AI research on decision support tools for the future tactical network of sensors, vehicles, and dismounted users. You'll grow your skills and shape the future of analytics through a variety of means like peer-reviewed papers, major conference presentations, code submissions.</p><p>Join us. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,100.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD).
