Data Scientist IIAn active TS/SCI with a polygraph clearance is required to be considered for this position.Position Overview:

Extracts meanings and value from large datasets
Makes and communicates principled conclusions form data using elements of mathematics, statistics, computer science, and application specific knowledge
Ability to develop and implement qualitative and quantitative methods for characterizing, exploring, and assessing large datasets in various states or organization, cleanliness, and structure account for features and limitations inherent in NSA/CSS data holdings
Translates practical mission needs and analytic questions related to large datasets into technical requirements
Assists others with drawing appropriate conclusions form the analysis of the performed data
Effectively communicates complex technical information to non-technical audiences
Makes informed recommendations regarding competing technical solutions by maintaining awareness of the constantly shifting NSA/CSS collection, processing, storage, and analytic capabilities and limitations

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems, Statistics, or related discipline from an accredited college or university
Three (3) years experience as a Data Scientist in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required
