Do you want to be part of a new innovative Talent Acquisition Team where data is viewed as one of our most important assets? The Talent Acquisition Data Scientist will be part of the Aviation Global Talent Acquisition Team and will be responsible for driving the use of data within the TA organization while collaborating with other HR functions including Compensation and Benefits and HR Operations.
Act as thought leader for the use of data and analytics to drive critical business decisions, business strategy.
Develop a suite of dashboards and reports that can provide the TA team and our business partners with important data to help achieve our TA goals.
Lead cross-functional teams and provide business / functional perspective to data-related projects and support problem scoping and structuring.
Work with TA Leadership in development, deployment, and application of applied analytics, predictive analytics, and prescriptive analytics.
Ensure customer adoption and drive consumption of analytics.
Translate data sets and insights into graphical visualizations and stories on key people metrics such as diversity, attrition, promotions, engagement and more.
Maintain effective working relationship with business leaders, stakeholders, users and partners to integrate programs into overall strategic objectives.
Bachelor's Degree in a "STEM" major (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics)
Minimum of 5 years experience with analytics development for industrial applications in a commercial/industrial setting
Previous experience where you've proven success in a People Analytics role, ideally within a multinational organization is an advantage
Proficient in MS Office Suite with expert skills in MS Excel (Macros, Pivot Tables), and PowerPoint
High level of technical/system acumen has the level of technical skills required to execute data extraction, data mining, analysis and reporting from a variety of workforce systems
Excellent collaboration, influencing, and change agent skills. Ability to develop a quick a business acumen and work in a matrix
Demonstrated skill in data management methods
Demonstrated skill in feature extraction and real-time analytics development and deployment
Demonstrated skill in prescriptive analytics and analytic prototyping
