The Vice President of Sales will develop, drive, and lead new business opportunities for Epsilon's Services. The Sales executive will support prospective and existing accounts and will also have responsibilities for building and leading the sales organization. Successful candidates will bring a strong functional skill base, a track record of delivering results, and good interpersonal and organizational skill sets.

Develops strong relationships across all Epsilon and ADS lines of business as appropriate
Develops resources and new business opportunities
Involved in translating corporate objectives into relevant tangible goals for their team then determining, capturing, and reporting the lead and lag measures throughout the organization
Hires, develops, and evaluates personnel ensuring efficient operation of the function
Manages career paths by coaching and mentoring direct and indirect reports
Sets and regularly reviews the team's strategic goals, and adjusts them to stay in line with corporate goals
Collaborates with peers, HR, and management on succession planning
Meets with clients, client services, and product management teams regularly
Responsible for growing and maintaining top line revenue
Responsible for organic account growth and new business development
Responsible for upsell and cross sell of all data products and enterprise solutions as appropriate
Develop and maintain customer relationships
Acts as the VOC across the organization
Responsible for updating sales forecast and management forecast
Facilitate marketing efforts for appropriate industry
Provide market based intelligence to product management and training departments
Lead strategic account planning process and quota setting
Supports organizational culture, promotes change for the organization

Duties & Responsibilities
Interfaces with client at all levels within existing and prospective account(s)
Consults with customers to fully understand their needs
Identifies and leads the pursuit of the targeted new business and contract expansion opportunities within target accounts
Leverages a client-diagnostic sales strategy and consultative approach to uncover client specific issues and/or opportunities
Identifies and manages resources to develop proposals that position the full range of Epsilon's capabilities & solutions to customers
Collaborates with Epsilon's executive team and subject matter experts to jointly present proposals
Monitors delivery, implementation, and customer satisfaction
10 years of relevant experience within a Relationship/Direct Marketing setting
A solid understanding of technology and marketing programs is essential
Knowledge of direct to consumer and direct to practitioner marketing programs
Strong consultative selling focus, with a track record of developing opportunities and closing business preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare space
Strong business, communication, and presentation skills
Organized with the ability to manage & track multiple priorities
Project/customer relationship management a strength
Ability to collaborate effectively with others across the organization to accomplish team goals
Track record in managing sales personnel and mentoring less experienced members of sales team on selling, account management, and negotiations skills
Drive to deliver value to clients and to help shape and build a fast-paced, growing organization
Minimum of 10 years' experience in a related field
Significant leadership experience required
