The Grants Research Analyst
HSOM will be responsible for monitoring program success and reporting programmatic efforts and activities in the form of program evaluations. This position will work collaboratively with researchers and analysts to provide context to quantitative data. Grants Research Analyst
HSOM will be responsible for presenting findings to key stakeholders.
Key Duties, Primary Responsibilities:
To monitor program success and report programmatic efforts and activities in the form of program evaluations.
To work collaboratively with researchers and analysts to provide context to quantitative data.
To present findings to key stakeholders.
To aid in the development of comprehensive evaluation plans for grants and programs.
To monitor the implementation of evaluation plans, ensuring that program activities remain on target to further the goals and objectives of grants.
To conduct process evaluations through communication with program staff and tracking programmatic shifts.
To gather grant information, identify barriers, and report findings to key stakeholders.
To clearly articulate evaluation findings, provide recommendations, and aid stakeholders in understanding the evaluation process and findings.
To detect and report unusual outcomes and suggest modifications.
To aid in the development of data visualization tools to ensure that content aligns with grant targets.

Salary Range - $47665 - $77,455
Education
Bachelor's degree in a related field
And three (3) years of related experience required.
Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.
