If you love working within medical records, turning clinical info into patient stories and action, getting lost in data trying to make sense of a pattern, and making a positive impact for our patients, this role might be a great fit.
As our "Clinical Chart Detective" you will be abstracting appropriate data from the EMR and entering this data into the registry, tracking complications, deaths, and readmissions on a monthly basis and creating case summaries for the providers and staff as well as updating the metrics in the Heart & Vascular Quality scorecards.
What You Can Expect:
In office or remote (must live locally for remote work)
Part Time 0.8 FTE (32 hours a week); flexible day shift hours during the week; no weekends
Collection and submission of data to the registry
Management of registry reports and national benchmark analysis
Identification of trends and patterns; and report findings to our team
Qualifications:
Education: Nursing Degree
Experience: 2 year's nursing (RN) experience or Clinical Registry Coordinator experience; preferably in EP Lab setting
Licenses/Certifications: Current RN Licensure in the State of Practice
