What You Will Do:

The Data Quality Specialist will perform audits of the Content, Formatting, and Offshore groups to ensure the efficiency of all processes. Additionally, the individual in this role will verify the quality of reporting and recommend improvements to ensure that greater quality is met, and train team members on the implementation of new processes.

Your Day to Day Essential Duties:

  • Perform QCs of project updates that are processed through ConstructConnect Auxiliary Resources to ensure that quality is upheld according to ConstructConnect operating standards

  • Perform internal studies to assess efficiency of current processes

  • Identify areas for quality improvement and further efficiency and train internal and external team members on the implementation of these new processes

  • Prepare clear, explanatory documentation to educate internal and external team members regarding new and existing processes

  • Promote quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization

  • Ensure compliance with all time and quality standards relating to ConstructConnect Auxiliary Resources

  • Assist markets in all aspects of construction planning, bidding, and post bid processes

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Six (6) months of successful experience as ConstructConnect Sr. Content Specialist or Quality

  • Twelve (12) months of successful experience in a ConstructConnect

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the working day

  • Needs to occasionally move about the office to communicate with staff and attend meetings

  • Constantly operates a computer

  • Frequently communicates verbally with peers and management

  • Must be able to analyze detail close-up

VIEW JOBS 4/5/2020 12:00:00 AM 2020-07-04T00:00 Overview The QA Specialist is the main point of contact for the quality control unit at each facility that manufactures Kao USA products to ensure finished goods meet Kao USA quality standards. Responsibilities * Audit potential and existing manufacturers with respect to cGMP compliance and Kao USA requirements, prepare reports, make recommendations and review with management. * Document and review situations of non-conformance of process, procedures, components or finished goods at manufacturing sites. Drive investigation as warranted, develop and implement corrective and preventative actions. * Statistically analyze production data and recommend revision of process or product specifications if warranted by the data to ensure process capability. * Provide Quality Assurance leadership and support to assigned Brands and associated manufacturing facilities to ensure successful and on-time new product launches. Audit to ensure on-going production meets Kao USA standards. * Review, evaluate and approve drug product master production instruction, validation protocols and summary reports. Evaluate and assess proposed changes to drug product processes. Gather, summarize and review pertinent information for Annual Drug Product Review. * Perseverance in investigations of non-conformances to ensure true root cause is derived and effective corrective actions are implemented. Qualifications * Bachelor degree in Arts/ Science * Need to pass the American Society of Quality (ASQ) Lead Auditor Certification or equivalent * Experience in a Quality Unit role (1-3 years) * Knowledge and understanding of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) * Some experience using Statistical Process Control * Some Travel required, approximately 8-10 trips a year.
