Under the direction of the Director, the Data & Quality Assurance Coordinator provides support to the License-Exempt (LE) Provider Program including data analysis, quality assurance and program data management. Develops tools, workflow processes and completes tasks regarding data collection, management, reporting and analysis and reporting systems for the LE program. Oversees LE provider status reporting, staff performance reporting, and work plan reporting, and other agency program reporting. The work will be conducted through a cross-department approach that requires teamwork at the directors, managers and program levels. All work to be completed with minimum supervision and in accordance with organizational standards.

Uses statistical methods and tools to analyze administrative, operational, census and other program data and present findings through a variety of methods: presentations, charts, maps.
Researches and prepares special or ad hoc reports, summaries, or replies to inquiries, selecting relevant information from a variety of sources such as reports, documents, correspondence, or files.
Obtains, stores and manages program administrative and operational data.
Work with the LE manager and supervisors to set up systems and procedures and address problems areas to better support the work of the team.
Develop and deploy program quality assurance standards and tools to assist the director and management team to implement the quality initiatives of the department.
Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits.
Work with the management to ensure program information is tracked appropriately through IDHS tracking programs such as DTP and CCMS, SalesForce, and other program tracking systems, maximizing effective usage.
Develop and complete necessary program reports for the department.
Coordinate departmental program deliverable tracking and reporting, serving as the liaison to the LE monitoring leadership team. Manage communications on progress towards goals and oversee updates to Smartsheets, balance scorecore and necessary databases. Report progress on goals to Director and participate in team and program planning.
Coordinate with Research team on data and evaluation needs of the program.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelors degree required. Fifth year college or university program certificate in project management preferred; two to four years related experience and/or training in data analysis and systems management including MS Access and Excel; proficiency in SQL preferred.
