We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Quality Analyst to join our team. The Data Quality Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of our subscription data across all systems and platforms. The successful candidate will work closely with our data engineering and analytics teams to identify and resolve data quality issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data quality rules and standards to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data

  • Triage and resolve Salesforce data quality related requests

  • Monitor and analyze data quality metrics to identify and resolve data quality issues

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and ensure data is accurately captured and maintained

  • Develop and maintain documentation on data quality processes and procedures, including terminology, definitions, and categorization of data

  • Communicate data quality issues and resolutions to relevant stakeholders

  • Provide recommendations and system enhancements/efficiencies to address source data issues

  • Develop and maintain data quality dashboards and reports

  • Perform ad hoc data quality analyses as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/MIS, Business Administration, Informatics, or a related field

  • 1+ years of experience in data quality analysis or a related field

  • Strong understanding of data quality principles and methodologies

  • Experience with navigating and reviewing Salesforce data

  • Understanding of Snowflake and data analysis tools such as Excel or Python a plus

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

  • Knowledge of data governance and compliance frameworks is a plus

  • Quarter end flexibility required to allow for occasional extra hours

  • Excellent English language written & verbal communications, both technical and non-technical

The annual U.S. base pay range for this position is: $58,872.00 - $88,308.00

F5 maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, geographic locations, and market conditions, as well as to reflect F5's differing products, industries, and lines of business. The pay range referenced is as of the time of the job posting and is subject to change.
