ABOUT THE JOB

Software AG has an immediate opening for a Data Protection Compliance Manager. Reviewing and checking the data processing agreements and other data protection contracts of customers and suppliers.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and edit customer contracts and requests for compliance with data protection requirements related to Software AG products and services.

  • Review and edit supplier contracts for compliance with Software AG's privacy requirements.

  • Sales support for data protection topics in meetings with customers

  • Collaboration with the Corporate Data Protection Officer on the data protection requirements specification within the Software AG group

ABOUT YOU

Skills and Experience

  • Professional experience and demonstrable project experience in the area of data protection, in particular with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
  • Experience with Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) according to Article 28 GDPR
  • Experience with the EU Standard Contractual Claus

IT Skills

  • Experience with using the MS Office applications

Professional Experience in year(s): 4

Education:

  • Successful university degree in law or equivalent, ideally with a focus or additional qualification on IT - e.g. completed degree in Information Law LL.B. or LL.M.

Additional Soft Skills:

  • Very good communication skills and negotiating skills
  • A structured way of working

Languages: Very good English spoken and written

They help improve the reliability, operations and o/m of mission-critical data center facilities for many of the world's largest companies.<br />  <br /> <strong>Property Manager - Critical Facilities – Northern VA</strong><br /> We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Manager to manage a large Colo Critical Facility. The Real Estate Manager will be responsible for managing the entire portfolio:  operations of the entire Data Center; manage the financial aspect of the site and will act as the interface between client organizations. Position will cover management of: IT Support team, Data Center Facilities Team, local contractors and employees responsible for maintenance and operation of the facility (including electrical systems, mechanical systems, janitorial services, security, and all other aspects of data center facility operations) in accordance with company's policies and procedures.
