Strong-Bridge Envision is seeking an experienced Data Product Manager to join our firm as a dedicated full-time employee. This is a Seattle based opportunity; relocation is not provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct diagnostic data analysis and devise strategy for how the mobile app will generate, collect, and consume data.

  • Plan for how data generated could be used to enhance the mobile app.

  • Partner with engineering teams to develop ways to collect and use data, including both customer experience and diagnostic data.

  • Maintain a deep level of understanding of how analysis is conducted in data systems and interpret the results for business stakeholders.

  • Map the ecosystem of partner teams and systems that consume mobile app data, document what it is used for and why.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience doing diagnostic data analysis in Azure.

  • Background in data science is preferred along with experience in data mining, data discovery, drill down, and correlations.

  • Experience with mobile app data plus knowledge of cellular networks and how they work (LTE, Cell ID, and signal strength).

  • Understanding of architecture & systems of data delivery; also determine the best way to deliver data to the right consumer of the data (cadence, content, and format).

  • Understanding of how data is stored in apps, and what changes can be made to make data accessible.

  • Knowledge of AWS or other cloud platforms with mobile application server environment.

  • Understanding of PII / CPI, confidential and personal data and how they should be handled.

  • Technology skills required: Spark, Scala, Hadoop, S3, AWS EMR, AWS EC2.

  • Ability to work permanently in the U.S. on a full-time basis.

  • Must be in the Seattle area; with ability to work on the client site 100% of the time.

Key responsibilities: * Work closely with customers to determine and prioritize new features; shepherding those features through the SDLC with the engineering team to ensure on-time, on-spec delivery. * Identify which data will lead to the most impactful business value and insights, and how this data should be represented in a relational graph in a way that securely scales. * Collaborate with other product owners, business, and engineering teams to turn data into actionable insights for our customers. * Own OKRs, product roadmaps, and requirements for platform-level data & AI features, while ensuring they align with the overall unified vision and delivery schedule of the broader organization. * Develop and monitor metrics to evaluate product success, adoption and health.
