The challenge

The Cloud Technology organization builds platform and client services that are foundational building blocks for many other Adobe products and services. Areas of focus include: identity, security, cloud storage, e-commerce, workflow management, synchronization, customer facing web apps, scalability, infrastructure management and search, just to name a few. Data democratization, planning, governance and delivery are key part of enabling Adobe with data for insights which run the business. As a result, we are searching for anexceptional candidate to help drive the execution efforts at one of the most innovative companies in the tech industry.

What you'll do

  • As Data Product Manager you will guide a data product team that is charged with a product's contribution to our business. This can extend from increasing the profitability of existing products to developing new data products for the company.

  • A product manager's key role is strategic, not tactical. The other organizations will support your strategic efforts; you won't be supporting their tactical tasks.

  • You will build products from existing ideas and help to develop new ideas based on your contact with customers and prospects.

  • You will work with a development counterpart to define product release requirements based on the market's problems.

  • You will work with product marketing and marketing communications to define the go-to-market strategy by helping them understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target buyer personas. You will also serve as the internal and external evangelist for your product offering, occasionally working to support the sales channel and key customers.

What you will bring

  • Requires bachelor's degree (Computer Science and MBA is preferred)

  • 5+ years of product management experience (e.g., Customer master, Product master..).with strong understanding of how data products solve for analytical and operational use cases.

  • 3+ years of experience in an Master data management role, designing and creating the architecture of MDM solutions, data modeling and/or, business data analyses

  • Experienced with assisting in data management, governance, and data quality of master data requirements with other functional data owners to ensure functional master data integrity across the operation of financial systems is consistent and meets stated business rules and requirements

  • Experienced with collaboration with subject matter experts and data stewards, defines and implements data strategy, policies, controls, and programs to ensure the enterprise data is accurate, complete, secure, and reliable

Job Description Candidate should have experience articulating solutions to stakeholders as this role involves discussions at various levels with client business users. Responsible for gap analysis of functional flows, provide solution design, perform demo for the Gaps solution from standard solution sets as well customized solutions. Experience and Qualifications * Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. * Minimum 10 years experience working with Oracle EBS; professional who has transitioned to Oracle Cloud coming from the Oracle EBS space. * Possesses end to end implementation experience with ERP – with Oracle EBS and Oracle ERP Cloud.
