PharmaCann, Inc. owns and operates best-in-class production facilities and retail dispensaries for cannabis-based products. We currently operate in the States of Illinois, New York, Massachusetts, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Colorado and Michigan as a medical and/or adult use cannabis provider to patients and customers. Purpose

This position is responsible for compliantly organizing starting material data in Biotrack, Dynamics NAV and Google Sheets for the Extractions, Kitchen & Processing Packaging Teams. This position is responsible for accepting all manifests coming into the processing department ensuring that the transfer and inventory movements were completed compliantly, physically, and digitally in Biotrack and Dynamics NAV. This position is responsible for assigning products to their proper NAV bins/Biotrack rooms & based on product type, packaging status, and testing status, as well as physically placing products into their assigned areas. This position is responsible for verifying data from production teams and entering infused products such as edibles, vapes, and concentrates into NAV and Biotrack in a timely, efficient, accurate, and compliant manner. This position is responsible for adjusting and creating packages and inventory in Biotrack and NAV. The position requires a high attention to detail and a more advanced working knowledge of Google Sheets, NAV, and Biotrack. This position provides regular and timely communication with Analytics, Cultivation, Extractions, Kitchen, Processing Packaging, and Distribution management as well as team members within those departments.

Essential Duties

Data Entry and Systems

  • NAV data entry and adjustments for Processing Department products.

  • Biotrack (Seed to Sale) data entry verification and adjustments for Processing Department products.

  • Google Sheets data entry and adjustments.

  • Combinations & conversions of packages/inventory within NAV/Biotrack/Google Sheets.

  • Regular use of Google Sheets.

  • Assignment of production batch tags for products ready for testing.

  • Creating Child Packages or Sublots for Compliant Distribution.

  • Validate data provided from Production Teams prior to data entry into systems.

Compliance and Auditing

  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations

  • Ensure that workflow and work procedures are documented, and that appropriate controls and audits are in place to ensure data and processing integrity.

  • Assist in physical audits of products and verification of data in Google Sheets, NAV and Biotrack.

Other Duties

  • Coverage in other areas of Analytics.

  • Occasional coverage/assistance for data entry in other departments.

  • Creation of Biotrack manifests and Dynamics NAV transfers as needed.

  • Assist the garden in any digital processes that they may be behind on. This will include looking for potentially missing plants & assisting the team in auditing.

  • Other duties as assigned by the manager or supervisor of the department.

Supervision

  • Works under the direct supervision of the Processing Analytics Supervisor, also takes direction from the Analytics Manager(s).

  • This person does not supervise others.

Job Qualifications

Work Experience

  • Six months to three years of work experience in a related industry or work environment.

  • General knowledge of marijuana related products (concentrates, edibles & topicals).

  • One year to three years of data entry experience is preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.

  • Prior experience working in METRC/Biotrack preferred.

  • Prior experience working within Dynamics NAV or similar inventory tracking systems preferred.

  • Demonstrated oral and written communication capabilities.

  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills.

  • General understanding of compliance and regulatory issues regarding medical and recreational marijuana.

Education

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Working Conditions

  • Able to use a computer for extended periods of time.

  • Able to move about a typical office, manufacturing and warehouse environment.

  • Able to kneel, bend, reach, rotate, and stoop on an intermittent to regular basis daily.

  • Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds overhead as needed.

  • Regular and on-time attendance.

  • Strict adherence to assigned shift.

  • Wear protective clothing & hairnets at all times while in the Processing Department.

  • Hours may exceed 40 hours per week on occasion.
