We are currently searching for an outgoing, caring person to join our team as a Data Processing Assistant Manager.

You will assist the Departmant Manager with managing the day-to-day functions of the Data Processing department by leading, directing and coaching department staff and be responsible for time management and staff supervision. You'll be able to help contribute to this by:
Demonstrate professionalism in appearance, punctuality, attitude and grammar.
Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers.
Ensure operational activities run smoothly and efficiently.
Provide leadership, training and supervision within the department.
Perform backup duties for all other data processing positions.
Troubleshoot day to day operational issues within the department.
Assist other departments with issues pertaining to our core system.
Provide support to Data Processing staff, including but not limited to, end of day processing for proof operations, developing efficiency improvements and documenting procedures.
Assist or manage special projects.
Review and monitor regulatory changes to identify areas that affect current policy and procedures. Draft and implement changes to policy and procedures.
Comply with all federal, state and local regulatory rules and regulations governing financial institutions, as well as all company policies and procedures.
Complete and pass all required regulatory compliance training as assigned.
Associates degree in Business Administration or related discipline is preferred.
Minimum 3 years previous banking or general accounting experience.
Minimum 1 year experience in a leadership role.
Minimum 1 year experience with computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
