JPMorgan Chase Global Real Estate Infrastructure requires an engagement manager with our JPMC lines of business for seat subscription and assignments. This position plays a critical role supporting not only Global Real Estate, but all lines of business across the firm as they view their real estate occupancy and cost allocation information.

Global Real Estate (GRE) manages the firm's real estate assets and investments and partners with the lines of business to proactively address their real estate needs.

GRE Infrastructure supports the system of record for key JPMC property information globally, including space, property, floor plan and real estate allocation detail.

GRE Infrastructure is recruiting for a Serraview + Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) transaction and user support associate. This role will partner with our GRE regional managers, program managers and other strategic initiatives to support GRE and line of business users of Serraview and other IWMS solutions with daily and month end processing and reporting for our global portfolio of 250,000 seats. This includes ongoing engagement with the Serraview vendor and internal users of the Serraview system to ensure that all system modules, processes, are functioning as expected. This also includes ongoing training and intervention with users to ensure that they are following business processes. Additionally, the lead also interfaces with other GRE teams to ensure the accuracy of line of business seat demand data, including property, space, occupancy and allocation updates, functional partners across GRE, and technology to drive process and application enhancements.

Role Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintain a daily help function with firm-wide users of the Serraview and IWMS solution

  • Work with line of business managers and GRE team to evaluate and implement, if practical, requested line of business customizations

  • Deliver process and system training to support implementation

  • Ongoing engagement with internal data providers and vendor to ensure well-functioning flows of information and performance of daily processing routines

  • Develop business and functional requirements for new system capabilities and enhancements that will be used by software implementation teams

  • Own design, maintenance, delivery, analysis and continuity of daily quality control measures for all data sources including data feeds, reporting, and other deliverables

  • Own documentation of process flows, data governance, policy, and process & procedure, and ensure adherence with regular risk assessments.

  • Host or attend regular or ad-hoc meetings with business partners and GRE colleagues to present issues, impacts, prospective changes or communication.

  • 5-7 years in Program Management or Operations roles, preferably real-estate related.

  • Experience with real estate property, occupancy and allocations management and data.

  • Experience with Serraview or similar IWMS modules highly desirable.

  • Experience in developing documentation, planning, and management for all steps of system version release development.

  • Strong team player and interpersonal skills; demonstrable experience managing cross-functional and in-group relationships.

  • Clear, efficient, personable, and effective communication skills that create trouble-shooting results in time-sensitive situations.

  • Development and maintenance of documentation and controls needed to maintain a well-controlled, auditable environment.

This role will be responsible for delivering, helping set up new technology support for applications and systems and also provide hands on day to day production support and user support as needed. Primary responsibilities in this role will be: * Team member part of Production Support team with footprint in Columbus, and part of Global support team * Work with AD and other technology teams to establish, improve and measure application support involving modern development practices, such as Agile, Continuous Delivery and DevOps * Work on implementing and supporting scalable systems, Cloud (internal/external) based solutions within organization * Work on Big Data applications and implementations including Hadoop * Work as part of DevOps team on user stories especially be able to influence and implement nonfunctional support requirements like performance testing, monitoring, alerting, resiliency, continuous integration and deployment * Provide coverage which will require shift/rotation and might include weekend work to cover primarily US hours of operation; Work day will vary depending on shift and could start at 8 AM EST if on early shift; or end at 10:00 PM EST for End of Day US Shift * Ownership of all issues that are raised to operate team, through to closure regardless of which team or Vendor ultimately resolves the issue. Raise JIRA/defect reports to AD/Vendor (where appropriate) for code amendment / fixes.
